The Morning Show featuring actors Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carell garnered much praise after the first few episodes of the season were released. The audience loved watching the newsroom drama web series and it got a good response from critics as well. After the Coronavirus pandemic hit, just a few days back, the cast and crew of The Morning Show resumed production. Now, the shooting schedule of Jennifer Aniston’s show has been stalled. As per a report, the production was stopped after a crew member tested positive for COVID-19.

According to a report in E! News, a recent night shoot of Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon’s series The Morning Show was cancelled. A source in the report revealed that the Apple TV+ series night shoot planned for Thursday, December 17 was called off. The report stated that the shoot was supposed to happen at Culver City, California. As per the report, any person who was in close contact with the person who has contracted the deadly virus is now self-isolating. The report stated that on Friday, there will be another round of testing to rule out the possibility of a false positive.

Meanwhile, The Morning Show had begun the filming of the second season in March itself. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the shoot of the series was postponed to October. Ensuring all safety protocols, amid restrictions surrounding Hollywood shoots, the production had just begun a few months back.

Recently, The Morning Show actress Jennifer Aniston made a post as she was filming for the show. Taking to her Instagram stories, the actress had shared a picture as she got ready for a scene. Speaking about the other Hollywood projects, lately, the production of films like The Batman and Don't Worry Darling and TV series such as The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Bravo's Family Karma had to be shut down due to positive testing.
